Check out our week with Mrs. Hill's seventh grade detectives! The seventh graders set up a mystery for us to attempt to solve. They set the scene of the crime with the drawn outline of the murdered victim, blood spatters, paint, coca cola, footprints, and even a comb. We are still trying to figure out the "Who?" click the link to see the forensics lab at work: http://photopeach.com/album/62xm9l
Hi again! My son has begun his way in the "Real World" and his new job will pay 100% of his education toward his Master's degree, so he is already thinking about returning to school. Yikes! There is one thing about Brandon which is so rare and this is perseverance. He will continue to strive toward his goal until he has fully arrived.
I am so proud of him, I feel I could burst! Now if he could just gain back some of the lost weight, I sure wish I could share in that regard!
I hope all of you moms out there had an excellent Mothers' Day, I know I did. The house is finally starting to show improvement at a more rapid rate. The patio is set to be poured next week and the shower will be tiled this weekend. Hurrah!
I am excited to report the A to Z calendar is changing a bit. Our Outdoor Education Day will be held at Warren Township Center this year. On May 23, 2012, third, fourth, and fifth grade will be going to the park to work with measurement, have a picnic, and play. I think this will be great!

We are building our basic skills by playing games online! The best part is Mrs. Phillips can see each student's progress and find out how well they are doing. The website is http://www.arcademicskillbuilders.com/ and this is an awesome website for building basic skills in the kids. Please let them play!
